It’s not about the quantity of information they are giving to us, but it’s all about the quantity of knowledge we absorbed from those. Values, Knowledge, Information and Wisdom are not thought just only through words. In such a way that they are just going to present a topic then give meaning to it. That doesn’t work because these things are thought in a way of showing to them that you-yourself is doing it also.

Indeed time is running so fast. It seems like yesterday was just summer and now we are ready to celebrate Christmas. On the other hand, in terms of school, few days more we are about to bid goodbye to our second grading period and going to face the hardest part of a school year-the third grading period. But then before I am going to bid goodbye, would you mine me to reminisce my past.

Second grading period for me was amazing. In here I have learned other facts about the world of computers and internet. Here I learned how to use the notepad. Before notepad for me was nothing but because of this period, I learned that it has a role-a great role. In here, I have also learned about font attributes-its font face, font size and font color. Things that is so important in designing a web page. I have also learned different types of tags. And trough this, I knew that applying all the rules in inserting tags is so important so that this tags will work properly and applied accurately for the success of the webpage. I learned it so fast because our practice teacher was so nice in teaching us. She makes the lessons not so boring. She always fined ways and she is very innovative and ground-breaking. She showed to us the proper way and helping us whenever we need her.

Undeniably, learning is a long process. As we go through we are still learning trough not only the words given to us by our mentors but also to their moves that serves as our guide in reaching the peak of success.

 

Perpetuate and Advocate the English language 

Upholding and espousing the English language is very significant. The fact that it is very useful to all of us. We can’t change the fact that we are also using it. The reality that we need it so much in communicating other people.

English language is the most important thing a man must have. Of course it is not new to us that we all have our own language but this language is the universal one. And it is being utilized all over the world and a lot of people understand it.

This month. Month of October we are making merry and rejoicing the English Olympics to give power and to promote this language to all of us. And yet all of us have the cleverness of using it. And in that we are able to communicate to others effectively and correctly.

Hence, we must help and contribute in promoting our dear language. English Proficiency for Communicative Competence.

“Scientricity; Energizing science clubber to a sustainable energy”

“Leaders great camaraderie, makes a tanable energy”, a slogan that I make in connection to the Science Month Celebration of this year with the theme “Scientricity; Energizing science clubber to a sustainable energy”. Indeed science is so great. It is already its 41^st anniversary.

Absolutely, science is so amazing. It stands a great role in the society and to us-people. Science has already contributed a lot to us. Inventions, projects and machines are now made-up. And all of these are made trough science- trough its technology. Exactly, without technology different machines and gadgets are not yet invented. Things that helped us so much. Through them we are capable of doing things faster and easier. We can also communicate to our relatives even though how far they are. And we can also go to other places even though miles away from us. Can you imagine how important science is? Can you imagine how blessed we are for having this?

On the other hand science could not also work by its own. There are people behind its success. They are those who spend much time for it. They are working hard in able to fulfill their works. In that we must help them to boost their energies. In such a way that we must motivate them, we must encourage them to invent more. We must support all those moves they are going to do; we must give a special attention to them and give them importance. In that, these scientists and officers will be inspired and they will continue all the things they have started.

Indeed teamwork and mutual relationship is needed for the success of our dearest country. Let us help one another, energize each other to be able to create a better and tanable energy.

my teacher, my hero

“MY TEACHER, MY HERO”

A good teacher is like a candle-it consumes itself to light the way of others. She let her fellows and students to use her knowledge and abilities for them to be mold even though she knows that it is hard, she will. A teacher is also one of the greatest person whom you can across with. But how and why teachers do such thing?

Being a teacher for me is awesome. Teaching I think is fun. This profession sounds like interesting and nice. Imagine in here you are going to shape and mold an individual into a better one even though you’re not her relative specifically her mother but you will. Yes a teacher serves as the second mother of all the students when they are at school. They are the one in-charge of us in molding our abilities and widening our horizons. They are not the one that will step us down, will give pressure on us and punished us in every mistake we take. Instead they will cheer us up, help us more and show what is right from wrong. They are also at our side, sharing knowledge, information and wisdom, guiding us in what field we want to be and teaching us with good deeds.

A teacher plays an important role in our society and also to an individual. Engineers, doctors, physician and architects are nothing without a teacher. They would not be existing, rather. There wouldn’t be technologies and all that exist today if there are no teachers. Because we know that these experiments will not be successful if only were doing it alone, we can’t deny the fact that teachers do have contributions to us in achieving our goals in life. Hence, in whatever we do they are still there guiding us, expanding our learning’s, encouraging us to explore our potentialities, supporting us and inspiring us.

Teachers are really tremendous and remarkable. They are only simple as what we see on them but they know how complicated things to be solved. The one who mold us into a better person in ourselves and a responsible citizen of our country they are doing such thing because they believe that it’s not the money that counts, it’s on how many lives you’ve touch that counts.

ONE IN A MILLION

One in a million

“Hero” a word that is very usual for us to hear. That wherever place we go, we can still encounter this word. One reason is that you can found heroes in every place. We call them heroes because they did something that is very important, very intelligent and unusual for others to do, for the sake of their fellows. For they think the betterment and goodness of others because they are selfless. That’s why some people praise them. How about you, do you have your own hero?

For me, yes I do. I do have my own hero. I consider her as my hero because she is one of a kind. She is different from the other woman. Even though sometimes, I was scolded by her for my bad attitudes. I still praise her and consider her as my hero it is because she is selfless. She is always there for me. Since the day my life was given to me until now that I am already in the process of achieving my goals, she is still behind me. Helping me whenever I need someone to turn to, curing me whenever I am not feeling well and guiding me in all of my decisions that I make. Her role is not only giving light in our home, wife and the one budgeting the salary of my father but also a teacher- for she is the first teacher I encountered that helped me mold my abilities. A soldier because she is there whenever someone quarrel me and a doctor that always think for my health. She is also my inspiration in achieving my goals. Her sacrifices, that even if she will not take her food just to attend and response to me and my brother, she will. She is also the one that gives me motivation to continue what I have started, to stand on the decisions I make and to be brave in facing all the challenges and obstacles in my way to success.

She is a true hero for me, most precious gift given to me and to my family by our dear lord. Hero because of the things that is very important, very intelligent, amazing and unusual to other woman that she did and still doing to us. A selfless, considerate and a loving wife to my father and a responsible mother to me and to my brother.

Can you imagine how fast does time runs? It’s just like yesterday, we are only celebrating the Nutrition Month and now few days more month of August is already done and we’re going to face ‘ber months.  But then before that time will come, let us again remember and celebrate how great our ancestors.

Indeed month of august means a lot to us, especially we Filipinos. For this month we celebrate our very own language- the Filipino Language. And the presence of our own word acts an important role in our society and also in the whole world. Hence, it serves as our mark, strength, weapon and pillar to whoever we face and wherever we go. Through this we Filipinos become one. Imagine if we don’t have our own language, we don’t understand one another and in that there will always be the possibility that we quarrel for we misinterpret the words that was used. It is for the reason that we have our own dialect and some of our words do have different meanings with the other dialect our fellow Filipino use. Another thing is that our own language also serves as our weapon to whoever we face and also one mark of us. Because if we go to wherever we want and use our language there, they will know easily that we are Filipinos it is because of our language.

Our language truly acts an important role in our society and to us Filipinos. That’s why we must be thankful to our dear President Manuel Quezon for he helped to establish and implement our own language. We can now communicate to other Filipino and can understand one another. In that we must treasure, give importance and use it.

“We are not what we are today without challenges” one statement that whenever I think and encounter it reminds me how wonderful our life is.  That life is full of stages with unending obstacles in it.   Obstacles that are always challenging you, for you to be mold into a better one and for you to pursue and continue the path to success.

Two months of this school year 2012-2013 had been spent of going to school to absorb more knowledge and information.  First periodical test is also fast approaching. But then before that would happen, would you mind me to share with you my difficulties, how did I address to it, the learning’s I have encountered in our subject I.C.T. of course it is normal to us especially we students to face and encounter difficulties.  Like me I had also difficulties it’s because this is my first time to create my own blog account.  At first I don’t know how to create my own blog how to post and how to publish it. Also the proper way of editing my post- its background, template, layout and others. Another thing is that when I posted two new blogs on the same day but when I viewed it only a line is separating the two unlike the blogs of my classmates that were separated individually.  And to give solution to my problems, I consulted it to my teacher.  I asked her all my queries and she helped to do those things. Also to m classmates, I also asked their opinions what the right way is to do, to solve the difficulties of mine. In that I have learned many new things, knowledge and information.  I have known how to create my own blog, how to post and published, how to make editing’s on it and facts about blogs, and not only blogs but also internet.  Its history, how it was created and the persons behind it. Moving on I will and I must study harder, be focused and make myself more familiar about the web so that I will be able to do all the tasks my teacher will told us to do.

Indeed obstacles and challenges are not the hindrances to my success.  They are just part of my life that is helping me to be a better one and to continue what I have started for me to reach the peak of success.

SONA 2012

SONA 2012

It has been already a practice of our nation- Philippines to have a State of the Nation Address also known as SONA of our president in every year of his/her administration.   In here, he/she is going to report all his accomplishments and other projects he/she want to implement for the development of our country.

Last July 23, 2012 at the Malacańang Palace, our president Benigno Simeon “noynoy” Cujuanco Aquino III, delivered his second State f the Nation Address.  In his SONA, he discussed so many topics such as about the government, anti-poverty campaign, health programs, education and even infrastructure projects.  I was a little bit surprise to that statements of our dear president that he have already implemented many projects because as far as I know there is no program yet that is implemented that helped a lot of citizens in our country.  I can’t feel any projects, any programs and any change.  And I think that program our president is saying is that only a minor part of our society is being affected.  Those wealthy people that can afford those programs and most of the time only politicians are affected that’s why they are still in their positions and still using the money of poor people.  Another thing during his SONA is that, as expected there were so many politicians attended the said occasion in their glamorous and elegant gown and splendid gems that seems there is a pageant. 

Do they really need to dress like that?  Why not they are going to wear simple but formal one?  It’s just like SONA is a time for bragging of dresses and gowns.   Isn’t it that SONA is a time for our president to report all his accomplishments?  In these I am hoping that next SONA of our next presidents will be more successful one.

Vegetables are plants that are edible.  Plants that contains different vitamins and substances or body looks and needs for.  Vitamins that is very important for our body to have and to take in. 

Before, in every meal of an individual- baby, child and even adult include vegetables.  For it can be planted, harvested and cooked easily.  It is also cheaper but more nutritious.  But then nowadays, we are not that interested already of eating vegetables it’s because technology is exposed and already spread widely.  Because of technology there comes out products that were manufactured in factories and other such as instant noodles, coffee.  In here we became so addicted on eating such food- junk foods and we forgot to eat vegetables.  In that we became malnourished and we become weak for our body doesn’t get any nourishment's and vitamins and sometimes what do we get from those food are bacteria’s and others that causes diseases and cancers.  And it’s because we’re not giving importance and attentions to those vegetables that are cheaper but more nutritious comparing to those junk foods that are so expensive but doesn’t contain any vitamins.

Indeed vegetables are very important to us and we must eat at least ten kinds of vegetables and fruits every day.  Just like the 2012 nutrition month theme which is “Pagkain ng gulay ugaliin, araw-araw itong ihain” which means vegetables and we must take it a habit to ea such food in our whole trough life for a better body, better living and a better lifestyle.

Dear President,

                Greetings!

                A pleasant relationship of a president and its members with a good relationship of those members to one another will help and give courage to them to create a better country.

                We all know and can’t change the fact that you have been the president of the Republic of the Philippines for almost two years but then in that time that had gone, I observed that there’s no improvement in our country. And I think poverty in our country is getting worst. Our population is getting bigger and prices of commodities are getting higher. Our problems such as food shortage, malnutrition, in education and even in agriculture have not yet solved. And I think there’s no program yet that had implemented to help Filipino citizens and instead of solving these problems of our country is suffering, you gave more importance and attention to the impeachment of Chief Justice Renato Corona. In that lots of time has wasted another reason is that you still insist in finding the right woman for you and you keep on dating.

                Filipino’s voted you sir, it’s because they trust you that you’re going to uplift our country, and another reason is that you’re the son of our past presidents, President Benigno Aquino and President Corazon Aquino, in that we believe that you’re going to do the same thing they did, that you’re going to implement projects and programs that will help all Filipino’s and for the development of our country. And I know that it’s not yet the end of everything to prove yourself to us that you really deserve your position sir. There still time to implement more programs to uplift our country to be a better one.
