NEW YEAR, NEW ME!!! 

Goodbye is not really an end; it is the start of a new beginning. Indeed, it doesn’t mean that when we say goodbye we are going to end everything. We are just going to end up something that we know we are already finish and we have already done our parts  because we are again to start another new beginning. Start of a whole new world for us to cherish and make everything better than what we have done.

Time really flies so fast, imagine it’s just like yesterday when we are celebrating 2012 and now we are already rejoicing 2013. And undeniably year 2012 was a great and ground-breaking because we all have more memories happier than those past years we had. In here, I knew how to mingle to different people, how to adjust myself whenever I’m with them and how I am going to communicate to them. And now, we are already in the year of water snake, I want to close this 2012 chapter of my life. I want to start another book in my life. A book that is full of happiness, love, peace and prosperity.

This 2013, all I want is a new me. Not in the sense that I will change everything. I am just going to change all my bad attitudes. Attitudes of mine that always ruin my day during my moments with my friends and my own family. Also I want to improve those attitudes of mine that are fastidious. Be more focus in my studies. Be a good sister to my cousins and to my brother and the best daughter to my parents. Serve those memories in my past as my inspiration in going trough and achieving all my goals in life.

Indeed, we all need a change. Not to fact that we are going to change ourselves completely but only those things we have that are not worth it. That whenever we own that thing it always ruin our relationship to others. Also to start another “MY”, to this world. A better me and the true me.

According to Sigdrid Undset “And when we give each other Christmas gifts in His name, let us remember that He has given us the sun and the moon and the stars, and the earth with its forests and mountains and oceans--and all that lives and move upon them. He has given us all green things and everything that blossoms and bears fruit and all that we quarrel about and all that we have misused--and to save us from our foolishness, from all our sins, He came down to earth and gave us Himself.”

                         

We are again celbrating the 25^th of december. The christmas day. Undeniably we can also feel its essence. The happiness we have everytime this day approaches. But what its true essence? What christmas means for us? Why there is christmas and why we celebrate it?

                           Unquestionably, december 25 is the birth of our dear Jesus Christ. We are celebrating this time because it is the time where the sun of our God will come into our world to save us all that’s why we also call him as our savior. We are rejoicing it because we want to show our love and happiness to have him in our life. And that is the most important thing we must remember not just only on the gifts we are going to receive. Indeed during this time we can receive many gifts from our relatives and other persons who loves us. That’s ne reason why we sometimes already forget what christmas really means.

Indeed, december 25 is a great day especially for us Christians. It is the time wherein our savior will come to us. And the true essence of this occasion is giving and sharing what we have. Love,Peace and  Blessings to others especially to those who are in need. And if we do such thing, jesus will be happy, and nothing more is happier than ourselves if we have successfully done such things.

                               The theme for this years International Women's Day Celebration; goes like this "Equal Rights, Equal Opportunities: Progress for all  “ that accentuate that n order to achieve success we must all have an equal rights ang equal oppurtunities.

                                 Discrimination specifically gender-based discrimination is the most common human rights violation.  Which is the massive problem for women. That is the hindrance for us to achieve our goals in our own lives. And sometimes, with this problem, women are abused. They are condemned, critisized, and maltreated. With these only men are treated well. They only do have more successful life than we women. They have higher ranks in businesses, politics and others. Because they do believe that men are more capable than we women. That we women are weak and we cant make progress in our world. Which is a very insulting and discriminating belief we knew.

                          And as according to Thomas Paine,   “Give to every other human being every right that you claim for yourself - that is my doctrine.”― which is true and the right thing we must do.  

     

RESPONDING TO CLIMATE CHANGE

CLIMATE CHANGE!!!

                 As according to King Whitney Jr.,”Change has a considerable psychological impact on the human mind. To the fearful it is threatening because it means that things may get worse. To the hopeful it is encouraging because things may get better. To the confident it is inspiring because the challenge exists to make things better.” Indeed there are  many impacts of the changes that are happening to us each day we live in our world.

                Everytime I hear the word change, first thing that comes into my mind is that Climate Change. And undeniably this change seems like a constant thing to our world. But what climate change really means? Climate Change is the dramatic change of the earth's atmosphere.  Some of us people who are not thinking as deep as that, may think that the only cause is natural causes.also another reason are human activities, that we humans are still doing even though we know what will be the effect of these things. It is for the reason that we only think of where we are happy.Other reasons are the fast growing of our population, and we cant deny the fact that our planet is over populated. Those smokes from factories, cars and other machines and also we humans who releases carbon dioxide which is a reason for the atmosphere to be damaged. And other Continental drift and volcanic eruptions.

                  Indeed, we are suffering a very tough matter in our world. Our planet is being messed up little by little by the things we are doing and when we don’t stop these problem, we will also be the one affected that much and will suffer. So, we must think of, we must start being committed to our mother earth, we must stop these illegal and dreadful things we re doing. Save our world!!!love our mother earth!!!

It’s not about the quantity of information they are giving to us, but it’s all about the quantity of knowledge we absorbed from those. Values, Knowledge, Information and Wisdom are not thought just only through words. In such a way that they are just going to present a topic then give meaning to it. That doesn’t work because these things are thought in a way of showing to them that you-yourself is doing it also.

Indeed time is running so fast. It seems like yesterday was just summer and now we are ready to celebrate Christmas. On the other hand, in terms of school, few days more we are about to bid goodbye to our second grading period and going to face the hardest part of a school year-the third grading period. But then before I am going to bid goodbye, would you mine me to reminisce my past.

Second grading period for me was amazing. In here I have learned other facts about the world of computers and internet. Here I learned how to use the notepad. Before notepad for me was nothing but because of this period, I learned that it has a role-a great role. In here, I have also learned about font attributes-its font face, font size and font color. Things that is so important in designing a web page. I have also learned different types of tags. And trough this, I knew that applying all the rules in inserting tags is so important so that this tags will work properly and applied accurately for the success of the webpage. I learned it so fast because our practice teacher was so nice in teaching us. She makes the lessons not so boring. She always fined ways and she is very innovative and ground-breaking. She showed to us the proper way and helping us whenever we need her.

Undeniably, learning is a long process. As we go through we are still learning trough not only the words given to us by our mentors but also to their moves that serves as our guide in reaching the peak of success.

 

Perpetuate and Advocate the English language 

Upholding and espousing the English language is very significant. The fact that it is very useful to all of us. We can’t change the fact that we are also using it. The reality that we need it so much in communicating other people.

English language is the most important thing a man must have. Of course it is not new to us that we all have our own language but this language is the universal one. And it is being utilized all over the world and a lot of people understand it.

This month. Month of October we are making merry and rejoicing the English Olympics to give power and to promote this language to all of us. And yet all of us have the cleverness of using it. And in that we are able to communicate to others effectively and correctly.

Hence, we must help and contribute in promoting our dear language. English Proficiency for Communicative Competence.

“Scientricity; Energizing science clubber to a sustainable energy”

“Leaders great camaraderie, makes a tanable energy”, a slogan that I make in connection to the Science Month Celebration of this year with the theme “Scientricity; Energizing science clubber to a sustainable energy”. Indeed science is so great. It is already its 41^st anniversary.

Absolutely, science is so amazing. It stands a great role in the society and to us-people. Science has already contributed a lot to us. Inventions, projects and machines are now made-up. And all of these are made trough science- trough its technology. Exactly, without technology different machines and gadgets are not yet invented. Things that helped us so much. Through them we are capable of doing things faster and easier. We can also communicate to our relatives even though how far they are. And we can also go to other places even though miles away from us. Can you imagine how important science is? Can you imagine how blessed we are for having this?

On the other hand science could not also work by its own. There are people behind its success. They are those who spend much time for it. They are working hard in able to fulfill their works. In that we must help them to boost their energies. In such a way that we must motivate them, we must encourage them to invent more. We must support all those moves they are going to do; we must give a special attention to them and give them importance. In that, these scientists and officers will be inspired and they will continue all the things they have started.

Indeed teamwork and mutual relationship is needed for the success of our dearest country. Let us help one another, energize each other to be able to create a better and tanable energy.
